Our Accessible Services Specialist, Mr. Ilaitia Bakani is a highly trained professional with extensive experience in disability support and community services. With a strong commitment to safety, dignity, and inclusive care, they ensure every guest receives reliable and respectful assistance tailored to individual accessibility needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) – AIBT, Sydney
  • Diploma of Community Services – AIBT, Sydney
  • Psychological First Aid – Fiji National University
  • NDIS Certified
  • 3 years’ experience with Supporting Disabilities Australia, Sydney

Personal Cover

Our accessible transport services are operated using Toyota vans, selected for their proven reliability, comfort, and safety standards.

All vehicles are fully serviced and meticulously maintained by our in-house mechanics as well as authorised dealerships to ensure optimal performance at all times. For added peace of mind, our vehicles are fully insured under ACCF Insurance Fiji, meeting all required safety and compliance standards.

Passenger Personal Accident policy covers for guests of Rosie Holidays, underwritten by Chubb Insurance Ltd (New Zealand). Cover applies only while passengers are onboard the vehicle, starting when they board and ending immediately upon disembarkation.

This policy provides up to $100,000 per passenger per event, with a $5,000,000 aggregate limit under Chubb’s Personal Accident and Sickness policy wording.

Driving Standards

Our services are supported by a highly trained and professional driving team to ensure the highest standards of care and safety. All drivers are first aid certified and have completed defensive driving training. To maintain a safe operating environment, our drivers undergo regular drug screenings and routine breathalyser checks, in line with company safety policies and industry best practices.
