A three-day, in-person training bringing accessible and inclusive travel practice to Fiji's aviation, hospitality and tourism sector — built for the people who welcome travellers first.

Accessibility is no longer optional for tourism.
Elderly travellers, disabled travellers and those with temporary or vulnerable needs make up a growing share of every market Fiji depends on. This training gives frontline and decision-making staff the tools to serve them well and gives Fiji a head start as a Pacific leader in inclusive travel.
A pathway to certification
This training feeds directly into GSTC's accreditation framework, with select candidates progressing toward Trainer of Trainers status as part of Fiji's first Pacific-region certifying body.

Workshop Program
Three days, one continuous journey.
The first two days build understanding and practical skill. The third day takes that learning into the field, with a guided familiarisation visit to the stakeholders who move travellers through Fiji every day.
