Accessible & Inclusive
Travel Training
A transformative three-day programme empowering tourism professionals across the Pacific to design, deliver, and champion travel experiences that welcome every person — regardless of ability, age, or need.
Delivered in partnership with
Building a more inclusive Pacific tourism
Fiji sits at the heart of Pacific tourism, welcoming hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Yet for travellers living with disability, chronic illness, or age-related limitations, the experience often falls short of its promise. This training exists to change that.
Delivered by Rosie Travel Group in collaboration with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), this intensive programme equips tourism professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create genuinely accessible and inclusive travel services — from the moment a guest enquires to the moment they return home.
Over two days of expert-led instruction and one day of real-world stakeholder famils, participants will leave with practical strategies, internationally aligned standards, and a network of like-minded professionals committed to inclusion.
Three days, purpose-built
The programme is structured to move from concept to context — foundational knowledge on Day 1, operational application on Day 2, and immersive real-world experience on Day 3.
